"Called to check if insurance is accepted. I was told it was. Never tried another doctor thinking my 4pm appointment was fine. After 45 minutes driving here in agony and filled out paperwork I was told they do NOT accept it. They wasted my time, caused me physical harm due to negligence of information, lost labor hours and they called me back to yell at me for not making the appointment. The most disorganized ..."

"Kathryn Rosellon Rodriguez was extremely rude and unprofessional. First, she says I got a negative X-ray result. She accused me of fabricating an illness. I said the nerve of her. She screamed "WHO'S THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL HERE?" I said how dare she raise her voice. She laughed and challenged me to report it. The result, this negative review so people know to avoid this doctor."

"Super disappointed because I’ve been denied access to my physician by corporate. They refuse to allow patients to choose their own privacy settings. It’s either “ I agree to everything “ or you don’t get seen. This is discrimination and is not legal. I can’t even get anyone to talk to me or give me a phone number for corporate. Forget about an email address."
