"I have a standard two week appointment at 3:00pm. When I arrive at the office, I am always acknowledged and greeted professionally. I have a standard two week appointment at 3:300pm. I am serviced as soon as I arrive and I am out by 3:10. I appreciate the fast and friendly service because of my hectic schedule. This is my second time having braces and the service provided is outstanding."

"Staff and doctors are very professional. They always listen and show genuine concern for their patients. I was recommended to them for TMJ, I could barely open my mouth and could not chew food. Could not be happier with my experience."

"I don’t like that they don’t encourage parents to come back with minors. There is little communication to the parents regarding the status each appointment. Dr. Schmidt out of the blue went off on my child and made an uncomfortable seen in the office about my child not wearing rubber bands and brushing enough. She was told she wasn’t brushing well in the past and did NOT refuse to wear rubber bands. ..."

": i have had my braces for over 3 years now for what what suppose to be a 18 month plan. GRANTED I missed a lot appointments due to moving out of town and state. TODAY I asked if my overbite would be fixed and DR SURBER got offended and told me to "be grateful because I had a underbite" when I told him that he didn't care if I like my teeth he said "well thats how its gonna be". WHO DOES THIS!? How ..."
