"I would advise staying far away from Gilchrist and for that matter O Carolina. I went to Gilchrist and did not agree with his treatment which I guess upset him and he refused to sign my disability forms and got his people to kick me out of the clinic. OCarolina never asked me about my concerns with Gilchrist which basically shows they are not on the patients' side. I would look elsewhere. Gilchrist ..."

"Trying to reach the doctor’s offices or the newly-named PT Solutions office has been a nightmare since they decided to upgrade their system. Long hold times, no call backs, and a lack of knowledge by the staff is the norm. I was asked when I was told to schedule.
