"I would advise staying far away from Gilchrist and for that matter O Carolina. I went to Gilchrist and did not agree with his treatment which I guess upset him and he refused to sign my disability forms and got his people to kick me out of the clinic. Long hold times, no call backs, and a lack of knowledge by the staff is the norm. I was asked when I was told to schedule.
