"Saw Dr. Siems after a 45 minute wait in the room. He was very uninterested and asked me what I wanted him to say after I asked him what I could do to help the problem he diagnosed as arthiritis - if I had known I didnt have a so called doctor who could tell me what to do I wouldn't have totally wasted my time."

"Have an appointment with Dr. Siems at 10:20 am it is now 11:45 am. This is not the way to treat patients. Is our time not as valuable as there's. If I showed up an hour late I would not be able to to see the Dr because I missed my appointment. Total Bs"

"Went back to Urgent Care NLR for an extreme sciatica pain in LLE. They REFUSED to see me because I was treated 3 years ago for hip pain which Dr. Paulus treated well. So I was told by the office manager that "the clinic policy" states that if you are ever seen in Urgent Care and they have you follow up with an M.D., they will not treat you for a similar issue. So if I break another bone or have ..."

"I think this practice is great. I usually go to the NLR location, but have also been to the LR location. Both are excellent. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Dr. Reynolds is just awesome. His knowledge, his surgical skill, his compassion, his very excellent bedside manner, his explanation of my conditions, all contribute to make him a great healer."

"Horrible experience on the follow-up appointment. My appointment was at 2:20 and I’m still in the waiting room at 3:15. Went to the desk after 25 mins waiting. They said it would be another 30-45 mins. I asked if it could be a telephone consult since it was just an MRI Results appt. They said no. I’m active duty military and value my time. I’ll be sending a complaint to Tricare as well to hopefully ..."

"They are very good at billing your insurance company. Hard to get appointment, won't work with your schedule. 3 month wait to see doctor. Maybe I just have a negative feeling since my surgery, I'm in worse shape now then when I walked in on my own. Now I have to use a walker to get around. Have lost use of my left leg. They have no idea what to do with me to correct my issue. I was so excited when ..."
