"STAY AWAY. It has been 9 wks since surgery and still no 6 wk follow up! They have cancelled my appt 4 times! Dr Thomas could care less about his patients. I can’t even see another Dr anywhere until I am released from him."

"The doctor I saw was great, but the office staff is horrible. Every step of the way there were mistakes and poor customer service. The surgery scheduler gave me the wrong surgery time and I showed up for my surgery; hours early. The medical assistant forgot to submit paperwork for my post-surgery medical devices. The FMLA coordinator messed up the paperwork. The billing department made countless mistakes. ..."
