"I was a part of this facility for many years. They changed my PC on me twice, without my consent. When I called to have them renew my prescription they advised that my PC was no longer there and that I had to reestablish as a new patient and would have to wait a minimum of 3 months to get back on their schedule. "Not recommended. I scheduled a free annual wellness visit as provided by medicare. They couldn't do it in December so I had to lose one year's visit waiting for January. Then they started billing me full price for the visit. I really didn't get much from the visit at all. They continue hounding me and will not correct the situation. I really did not have a good experience at all with them."
