"I have been a patient at Oregon Neurology for over a decade. Dr. Clark is a phenomenal neurologist that I would highly recommend. The office staff and billing department is horrible to deal with. They are constantly changing their policies, threatening to cancel appointments if you do not abide by their most recent policy changes. Today, I showed up to my appointment, to be told the Doctor called ..."

"So inconsiderate and unprofessional. After waiting for weeks to get an appointment with an OT, they scheduled a treatment, then called the morning of the appointment to tell us it was canceled due to "not enough patients today for the therapist to come in." A week later, same situation -- early morning appointment, received call 20 minutes before we'd have to leave home, telling us they had to cancel. ..."

"They never answer their phones to even make an appointment and do not even call you back. We will have to drive there to the office to do this. This is insane. What has happened to healthcare that they never even answer their phones. Your put on hold for all day! Not a good place at all."
