"Our family were patients at this office since 2009. When I called to make an appointment for a physical they said they are not taking new patients. They have all of our records. Our specialists are LVHN. We are investigating St Luke's primary care physicians now and will need new specialists. LVHN is not personal and their portal is terrible. "

"Horrible communication. Don't have high blood pressure or personal problems. Been going there scince DrFeldman brought me into this messed up world. Now all youngsters nurses who I adore but for the few just want to call drill you about something so dumb and can't get that right. I ask for 1 out of 7 mess to be filled at same time and tthis whoever from Dr bren was totally so wrong. Same mess 30 ..."
