"Cancer keeps me from using Rheumatoid medications. Had my records and insurance switched before first visit. Called to verify PA will fill scripts. PA was 30 minutes late for first visit and had not reviewed my records. PA got angry when I asked why I had to wait for the scripts I need to live. PA walked through office loudly telling everyone I was seeking drugs. I've never been more insulted."
