"We've had very good service and interaction with front desk staff, hygenists, techs and dentists. The kids enjoy going to the dentist because they get to watch movies while being worked on. In the past we waited 10 minutes or so before being called back for our appointments, which is frustrating when we've rushed to get there after school. "I have been brining my 4 kids to orchard hills for over 10 years now. I have never had an issue or been treated unfairly. My children have never had a bad experience or have the dread of going. They have always worked with me on payments when needed. Staff is always friendly and easy on the kids and making them feel comfortable."

"My daughter was nervous about getting a tooth pulled. The staff was gentle with her and used cute code words like "make her tooth sleepy." A staff member stayed by her side through the whole process and wait time. She got to watch her favorite movie which helped distract her. (Mom even got a Pumpkin Spice coffee as she waited.) They were great with her walking her through the steps in a way that she understood and didn't sound scary. Orchard Hills made her feel comfortable & at ease. "My son has a history of severe anxiety when it comes to anything he thinks may be painful. I made sure I called the office in advance to warn them we may have a problem. Our visit was fantastic! He had to have a cavity filled. He never even saw the numbing needle. He actually had a pretty good time! I was so worried, and then completely relieved and grateful. Thank you!"
