"Can’t get a visit because they don’t answer their phones. When they call you back, their phones don’t work, they don’t answer or I can’t hear them. I’ve tried with multiple phones. I even had my insurance provider call and they couldn’t get through either. I guess you can act this way when you’re one of the only specialists in the area. Freaking annoying though. "
