"It has been more than twenty years since my wife and I visited Dr. Sanford Chen. He performed an excellent surgery for my wife an treated my eye problem as well. Now we keep following up once a year. We appreciate his service very much. One thing I noticed with the recent visit which made me a little bit uncomfortable. "The front desk staff is so rude I will not return. Frankly I've had more gracious service from the DMV. The greeting was cursory. I was given an intake form to fill out (I was a returning patient). When I completed it, I returned it to the front desk and the woman gruffly stated "there's more than one page!" The Dr. was fine and the medical staff was ok. But I am still appalled at the complete ..."

"Do not trust this people they will take you from one room to another room without informing. What are they doing and at the end they will send you big bill. When you call to the office or visiting the actual office the staff super rude and non of them informative at all. Approachability absolutely not exist in this office.
