"The front desk staff is so rude I will not return. Frankly I've had more gracious service from the DMV. The greeting was cursory. I was given an intake form to fill out (I was a returning patient). When I completed it, I returned it to the front desk and the woman gruffly stated "there's more than one page!" The Dr. was fine and the medical staff was ok.
