"When we entered my husband and I explained that we can't wear a mask for health reasons. The mask requirement has the exclusion of "health reason." The inconsiderate receptionist looked at my husband and in a scolding, condescending way said sharply, "You need to wait in the hall." I could see my husband felt dejected. She checked me in to see Dr. Joe Schmidt; he and his assistants were friendly ..."
