"Dr Kimmel and Sara put me at ease and made the extraction experience less overwhelming. I was extremely frightened but their attention to me to be sure I was ok throughout the procedure helped me stay calm and know I was in the best hands. It was all about me. I felt they truly cared and I wasn't just another patient."

"Not exactly the friendliest reception and you feel as though you are being processed the whole way through. They taped down the IV with scotch tape and one of the nurses barely acknowledged me, (the other was friendly). "The office staff was incredibly compassionate and were able to understand me, even with a mouth full of gauze. The doctor and his nurse took pains to make sure I wasn't in pain, during the procedure. Additionally, they attend to all of my questions without me believing I was rushed or an inconvenience to them. They were very knowledgeable and repeated, several times, instructions for post op care, ..."

"With a first-time appt., I felt comfortable. The front desk and the dr. and assistant were all very pleasant and reassuring. The approach was gentle. Questions were answered. Making me feel comfortable was a priority and appreciated. The room was blowing cold air, but I was given a blanket and the space heater turned on when I said I was cold."

"The National Geographic Mars issue helped to keep my mind off of having my first permanent tooth removed and the 70's background music helped to relax me. Yes, Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars just happened to be playing prior to the pull. Dr Kortebein and Michelle make a great team and they exceeded my expectations. If there is a next time, I will be far more relaxed."
