"Called to schedule an appt and discussed what we were looking for. Asked if I needed to get records, was told they would be able to get them. Completed pre-check in online. Day of appointment, no records, no forms received online. Had to repeat X-rays just to be told through the whole appt that records were needed to proceed. Questions we had were not his to answer. "When I got there (Oak Creek) I was finally greeted after standing there, waiting for at least 5 mins. Then I was told to fill out paperwork and was treated like an idiot for not understanding how the insurance worked. I have health and dental and I was confused as to which covered Wisdom Teeth Extraction. Instead of explaining it to me like a nice person, I was talked to like a 5 year old child and ..."

"Getting there I was quite fearful, getting a front tooth pulled. Dr.Kimmel and his assistant (very sorry for not remembering her name) were a first class team, keeping me reassured and pain free. The procedure was in the morning and my condition near normal the next day, no swelling no pain, I didn't even fill the prescription he gave me. "I had a severely broken tooth that needed to be extracted. From the Check in Staff to the Doctors assistant to the Dentist himself they were all just wonderful. Though they were running a few minutes behind, they were very appoligetic, they kept me updated and I didn’t mind because I knew if I needed extra time I would be given that courteousy as well.
