"Never pay Oral Pathology Laboratory Inc (OPL) anything, even if you expect you will be reimbursed! This pathology lab failed to file a timely claim with my insurer (Anthem) and so their reimbursment was denied. But instead of appealing the decision and arguing they filed in a timely manner, they sent me a series of increasingly threatening letters. I paid the bill of $285 expecting to be reimbursed, ..."

"DO NOT PAY THEM! SCAM ALERT: THEY kept billing me after my insurance negotiated the price and made a payment. They scared me with threatening me about going to a collection agency after they were paid. They finally acknowledged my insurance paid but wanted me to pay the difference. I foolishly paid and had to cancel my credit card before my payment posted after I double checked that my insurance negotiated ..."
