"On 2/23/23 I had to have a office visit on an emergency basis. I had broken off the top of a previous crown and needed a root extraction. The staff were professional and very helpful regarding my discomfort .Dr. Best was wonderful in understanding my concern and fear regarding my fear of dentistry. Got my blood pressure taken. waited 5 minutes for surgeon Novak to come discuss what we should do today. We both agreed on what should be done. Then I was prepped for the numbing. Then he started on getting the tooth pulled out. Got it out. Put in the gauze for the bleeding. ..."
