"I arrived for my appointment, but the doctor's medical assistant was not present. It's disappointing that the staff is not punctual for patient check-in. This is the second occurrence of this issue."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Met with Armijo who tested me for diabetes and found I was pre-diabetic. Said if I'd call back with the meds I take (4) he'd prescribe a medication for me to lower my A1C. I did that WEEKS ago. Despite MANY calls and left messages I've not heard back from him or his staff. Unexceptional. "
