"First visit as new patient. Spent and hour and half waiting to be seen. Was told then the dr was called into a meeting and I had to wait an hour or reschedule. I could hear the “ meeting” through the vents and it was a business call. I requested I be reimbursed for the co payment I paid and was told the manager would have to call me later ???? Patients are paying clients and our time is just ..."
