"They called at 2:50PM to schedule a next day Eye Surgery after told twice to schedule at 11AM they scheduled at unauthorized 6AM appointment with a voicemail without confirmation on a Northeastern snowstorm day. No communication or consideration with the patient. Worst service ever will not recommend to anyone. "
