"They are concerned and helpful when initially seeing a patient, however, if you have a problem after any surgery, specifically cataract, they act like they cannot be bothered. Definitely, will not try to accomodate. Example: If a doctor does not have office hours at a specific location, they will not make appointments at that office to help out the patient."
