"Let me start by noting that Dr.Niles was never the issue. First, my personal files along with hundreds of other patients were hacked.Second, I complained about the technician probing my eye so long and hard on my last visit to do a simple pressure test that I had floaters for three months! Third, because I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction I received a letter in the mail not an apology ..."

"We have used them for years but when we went on Monday we had a 10.00 appointment but had to wait until 11:30 before one of us was called in. Then I complained of extreme dryness in my left eye so she gave me some drops for it but never did a complete eye examine. Time to look for a new Dr."
