"This office is out of control. I cannot get on the phone with anyone for less than 45 minutes. In one day I was on hold for 51 minutes, when the individual picked up… they HUNG UP! I called back and held for 1hour and 9minutes! Then got an individual who was making an appointment for me, they had my name, number, & child’s name; they put me on hold and hung up AGAIN! "I had to take my Dad here for 1 (ONE ) Medical Condition, needless to write on here my Dad does have PCP. The nurse should of had the doctor to come in the room, my Dad did not even get to see the Doctor ( unprofessional in my opinion) & again, my Dad does have a PCP. I had to be the one to take my Dad for his appointment. This appointment was for the Psychiatrist ONLY & being it's until April & ..."

"This is a pathetic waste of time trying to speak with a nurse. On hold for 36 minutes after I was transferred to nurses station then they answer and said hold on. Put me in line again for caller number 9. There is way too many people working there to wait on hold."
