"On 2/23/23 I had to have a office visit on an emergency basis. I had broken off the top of a previous crown and needed a root extraction. The staff were professional and very helpful regarding my discomfort .Dr. Best was wonderful in understanding my concern and fear regarding my fear of dentistry. "Had a appointment for 1 tooth to be pulled. They got started on time. The surgeons helper went thru what was going to be done today. Got my blood pressure taken. waited 5 minutes for surgeon Novak to come discuss what we should do today. We both agreed on what should be done. Then I was prepped for the numbing. Then he started on getting the tooth pulled out. Got it out. Put in the gauze for the bleeding. ..."
