"It is very difficult to make an appointment. There contact email on their website does not respond. I have sent over 10 emails over 5 weeks. Still no response. I am a current patient. I am deaf and cannot call. They updated their Omni portal and now I cannot log on. One needs to be invited to use it again. At my last appointment, I was told that I would get an invite. Nothing has been sent to me. ..."
