"If there was a negative star I'd give it. They made my Mother who's Elderly and permanently Handicapped to sit on the floor in the hallway due to not enough room. Then proceed to tell her "They didn't have time to get her a chair." As she waited for a period of time, in the hallway just for a blood draw. as of 8/20 they served my mother with a notice of board of directors to never show up again. ..."

"Awful service and overall experience. Doctor here told me my blood results were normal. Got my own copy and they were absolutely not. Ended up going to a different place and finally got a serious diagnosis. Disappointed."

"Dr. Coates is outstanding! Both my parents have dementia and Alzheimer's. Dr. Coates helped us find the right medication, listened to every concern, returned our calls within a few hours and was so patient with both my parents, myself and my siblings. When we had aggression and anger issues due to dementia Dr. Coates emailed, called several times, help find the right medication without over medicating ..."
