"Shame on Oly ortho! A patient with severe numbness and pain in his right neck to fingertips, seen in the ED last week ans dx with radiculopathy,and told to follow up within 2 days to prevent permanent damage is told by the scheduling staff ( over a week later btw) that he can’t be seen until December 8th. I think a call to CMS is in order"
