"Nobody answers the phone. Takes for days to try to get someone to answer the phone. There aren't 20 people lining up to check in. They just let the phone ring and you get a message to call back. Not a very good impression for a doctors office. Maybe they should just have a department who answers the phone to schedule appointments. Otherwise you call for days and pray you someone to answer.
