"This is 1 of The Worst Doctor In Gary In .. I Was A Patient LONG Term to this office . I was going in for a surgery ( n They Have a Contract U Can't Get meds from surgeon I Had The surgery within 24 hours the nerve block was back . This doctor gave me 2 pills a day for 14 days It Didn't Work BEING painmangment can only get it from the pain clinic He Cancled me Said I Need a rehab / Here is what His ..."
