"You staff and physicians are always polite and helpful. It would be nice if you had a calendar on line that showed when there were no physicians available at the clinic sites. I call to check and your staff is always willing to let me know availability, but it would be more convenient and efficient if the information was available on line."

"Google maps shows that this Norman location is open until 12pm on Fridays. I just walked in at 11:45 and was told that you closed at 11:40. This is unacceptable. Your OKC location clearly states that they close at 11:40 on google maps, that's why I made the drive to Norman to get my weekly allergy shot instead. You just wasted an hour of my time today and likely an hour and a half of my time tomorrow ..."

"I am an ex Gulf War Vet 30% disabled for asthma and patient with this clinic for at least 3 years. Due to a prior VA ER appointment I had to reschedule an upcoming appointment not without a 5 month wait to visit my fantastic Dr Gharfeh. Shame on you!"
