"I was referred to the Portland Oregon Casey eye institute up at OHSU and to a specific retinal specialist doctor. This was about 5 years ago on Halloween. I was there to get a fundus auto fluorescence back to graphic photograph of my left eye to try to determine where the retina belongs after a quack doctor in Tacoma put my retina in the wrong place on my left eye essentially leaving me blind in my ..."
