"I have been trying to get an appointment for a colonoscopy and upper scope EGD with Dr. Seth Hoffman for nearly 2 weeks. My PCP sent over a referral last week; am unable to reach anyone in scheduling and have left multiple messages. Nobody has returned my calls. Perhaps they have enough patients that they no longer need new ones. Time to go elsewhere."

"I love my doctor and infusion nurses. However, I have been trying to get FML paperwork filled out since early October (now mid-December) and cannot make contact. I was in the office last month and spoke with someone that had the paperwork in her hand, yet was still never turned in to my job. After so many voicemails and portal messages that I've lost track, I'm switching to another practice. "
