"I was seen in January sleep study ordered. Finally done 3/11/25. I had appt with doctor for 6 week follow up. They called and canceled. Said no appoint until June. My sleep study showed need for cpap but office had never signed the study nor did they order equipment. The date is 5/23/25 and still can’t get it done. It’s totally unacceptable"

"No follow through. Twice was told order for equipment adjustment was faxed. Never received. Appointment was cancelled on arrival at office, without warning. And, phones are not answered during normal business hours."

"These people are the worst and employees and office are obviously incompetent. My partner was scheduled to have sleep study tonight and no one is here. Which he confirmed. He was told on last test that he stopped breathing 70 times in an hour. They have no urgency, we have waited for this appointment an additional 2 weeks. He falls asleep all day and at wheel. I am disgusted at the lack of care or ..."
