"I went there today at around 1045 or 1100 with a bad toothache and sinus infection. My whole side of face was swollen. I was in a lot of pain. The physician asst.saw me only there in room for 5 min.I had said immediately that my ride hade to be at work at 1. All I was doing was sitting in room got my insurance done. There was nothing else to do. My ride was there getting anxious it was new job. I ..."
