"Dr Vetrano was on call when my daughter in law and son had their first precious baby. There were complications and his communication towards us was terrible. At first there was not communication about her diagnosis or treatment plan to us, they were just doing things without telling us.. then when we finally got Dr Vetrano to talk to us he was dismissive, rude and demeaning. Very unprofessional."
