"TLDR: Alexis Baird is a terrible provider. She doesn't return calls about issues with meds and can't even be bothered to show up to her own appointments. My husband hasn't slept more than 2 hours a night in two weeks. He's left SEVEN messages about this, and gotten ZERO calls back. He also ran out of medication, because Alexis couldn't be bothered to approve the refill. The icing on the cake is that ..."
