"Was in the chair at 10:31 for 10:30 appointment.Avi Malkis is my doctor and is genuinely concerned besides just knowing what he's doing. Lauren was a big help to him today and for me. Brooke even came in to say hello to me, that was nice. I simply had a pleasant experience."

"I love Dr. Ruggeri, I would def recommend him. My issues are minimal but if I could give constructive criticism it would be with the women who do the billing aspect of the job. When asking a question I feel like one should be totally professional,shrugging their shoulders as if your question or request is so impossible makes ine defensive . I know for many, these positions are simply a job they deal ..."
