"Appointments either start late (even if I schedule an 8:00 a.m. appointment!) or my appointment takes an hour or more longer than told. They don't seem to care if you are running late to pick up a parent, child, or to get to work because they are running behind. There's usually no communication before you arrive that they are running behind. Be aware...if you leave voicemail messages, somehow they ..."
