"The clinician refused to meet with my daughter in-person, even after both the clinician and child were covid vaccinated. The provider billed my insurance for a "psychiatric" evaluation even though she never completed any sort of psychiatric evaluation. She gave the diagnosis of anxiety and completely missed the fact that my child had ADHD, even after 10 therapy sessions. We repeatedly asked about ..."
