"I thought I was calling the Oak Street clinic in my neighborhood. Instead I spoke to someone in another state. I told her where I live and the clinic that just opened closest to my home. She said she couldn't connect me to the office and someone would call me. No one ever called. If this is how they do business I have to pass. "

You have to call some answering service, go through their automated system, give them all your information and your message (which they might or might not get right), and then your local office will call you! What a pain in the @ss. Waste of my time! I would give them five stars, ..."

"Oak Street health is horrible, not accredited by the BBB, and violates federal law. I called to make an appointment and made one, they told me that they would give me two follow up calls. They kept texting me, so I called them. They said they never called me, had no record of me, and did not take my secondary insurance. THIS IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW. WHEN YOU HAVE MEDICARE THE PROVIDER IS REQUIRED ..."

"I had an appt at OSH clinic on January 10. Since I never got a reminder, I called the day before to confirm. They said they cancelled my appointment and did not know why I was not notified. They gave me a new appointment a month later on February 9. I need pretty much constant healthcare! So in the meantime I got a UTI and called them. However, it seems that many after visit functions, i.e., submitting prescriptions, and specialty referrals become the responsibility of a remote “call Center”.
