"THhis place is so GHETTO. This place is awful. They're the most clueless people to ever exist. They can't do anything. If they try, it'll take forever. The people answering phones know nothing because they're too incompetent to get people actually at the building working the phones. My aunt went here, people at the desk were laughing at her for wearing a bonnet. She lost her hair from chemo. "
