"It was very nice when I went there, they asked me questions, I asked them questions and they had the right answers for me. I think this will be a good match."

"Their commercials are very deceptive! They state that they can get you in same day or next day appointments which is not true. Sometimes the receptionist is very rude and don’t take your feelings into consideration. They also do not return phone calls as promised. The only positive thing that I can say is that Dr. Cornell is awesome and that is the only reason I’m staying with the practice. "

"You guys are making it impossible to call I put oak street health Dayton Ohio yet I get the one for Kentucky then I find another one that goes straight to voicemail of some dude that works for you guys I wouldn't advise anyone to go to you all if it's this hard to get ahold of you guys then I can only imagine dealing with you guys on a regular basis so I think I'll go somewhere else "
