"I had Dr. Calder for years, until I moved. (15-20 years?) He is the most thorough, thoughtful, caring, kind dentist I've ever had in my life, and I'm now 73. I even followed him from one practice, (Midwest), to his own. No pain when freezing my front upper !!! That's quite an accomplishment, especially with me. When I walked in I instantly realized a difference in the atmosphere compared to most Dentist offices... everyone was laughing, smiling, and talking.
