"This is the WORST NYU Langone facility. The manager Madelyn Dunbar is rude and doesn't take accountability for her staff errors. I had an appointment for 03/07/2025 at 5 pm. Their staff called to reschedule because I already have a knee replacement and the MRI would be 1hr and there wasn't enough time according to her. I explained my follow up appointment with my doctor was on 03/10/2025. The person ..."
