"NEVER go to Bethany Medical Clinic! They threaten you with fake bills and make it impossible to actually speak with anyone who can help. I haven't been a patient there in a year and always paid my co-pays. Now they are sending me ridiculous bills. Very frustrating and shady!"

"No one in this group has direct lines. Following up with anyone about anything is a nightmare. They've forgotten my prescriptions, sent them to the wrong pharmacy, and couldn't even put me through to someone to discuss my issues. Stay away."

"They are out to scam you, unfortunately, and I fell for it more than once. 1) Even if you BEG them to only send your blood test for your annual physical for tests that are covered by your insurance / preventative, they will go ahead and test you for items that are completely irrelevant to you: hitting you with a bill. Your physicals are supposed to be free. Bethany medical will make sure they’re not. ..."
