"After an abdominal CT, was notified to come to this office for a very urgent need for a catheter, based on the findings. I brought her, a CMA inserted a foley. NO ONE explained the medical urgency, how long it needed to remain, or what the follow-up steps were. No RN or MD counseled us on the situation. I insisted on a follow up appointment which was booked before we left. The scenario has only devolved ..."
