"Worst visit ever! Called to make appointment for a check-up to follow up with ongoing problems and get rx refill. Mislead into believing I was due for physical. Physical not thorough at all, much missed. Insurance denied cause I wasn't due for physical. Office says the words "check up" and "physical" mean the same.
