"I went in search of a PCP due to previous 3 providers left Novant. Medical assistant was wonderful. The provider Tarra Boyd was not very pleasant or professional. She does not listen to the patient just makes things seem like they’re mandatory to do to obtain a referral. As a healthcare worker in a primary care setting for the same organization I questioned what she said was mandatory and got discharged. ..."
