"I went in search of a PCP due to previous 3 providers left Novant. Medical assistant was wonderful. The provider Tarra Boyd was not very pleasant or professional. She does not listen to the patient just makes things seem like they’re mandatory to do to obtain a referral. As a healthcare worker in a primary care setting for the same organization I questioned what she said was mandatory and got discharged. ..."

"I brought my daughter with disabilities in for a first appointment with Tarra Boyd, trying to find a closer Novant DR. When my other Daughter and I were trying to explain her living situation, MS. Boyd cut us off in mid sentience saying " This is why I don't like multiple family members coming in as they try to treat the other family members". No complains with the provider honestly- my only complaint is for the front office staff not being very welcoming (especially being my 1st time there) and were also rude.
