"Terrible experience. They Called and Cancelled procedure the morning of. I called Wednesday to confirm time/location and instructions, since there was no communication. My husband works construction, he needed time off work after the procedure, it took my husband weeks to work around jobs and get PTO. To cancel the day of is ridiculous. "

"I am a newer patient at the practice. Find Dr Jay and his team live up to the expectations on their website. Yesterday I was feeling a bit faint at the end of my appointment and the staff rolled in a wheel chair escorting me to my car. Asked me if I was comfortable driving my self home. Just a couple of miles and I arrived home safely. Dr Jay answered my question regarding therapy for my incontinance. ..."
